Thomas Baldwin Marsh

He was born November 1st, 1799 in the town of ActonMassachusetts to James Marsh and Mary Law.

The thing that he is the most known for was the fight over cream that his wife had with a neighbor. He made the mistake of appealing to the First Presidency to settle it.  That didn't work and he ended up apostatising from the church.
