Gary E Stevenson
He was born August 6, 1955 in Ogden, Utah. His parents are Evan N. and Vera Jean Hall Stevenson. He was raised in the Cache Valley area.
He was married to Lesa Jean Higley in April of 1979 in the Idaho Falls Temple. They have four sons
He was co-founder of ICON Health and Fitness, Inc.
Bishop Stevenson served as the Presiding Bishop of the Church since April of 2012. He was called as an Apostle on October 3, 2015.
